Italy

The main destination of this vacation was the Cote d'Azur in France, but it was a bit far to drive on one day, particularly with a baby.

我们此行的主要目的地是法国的“蓝色海岸”，但要是自驾车一天内到达，实在有些远，尤其是我们还带着宝宝。

So we made a stop in Italy, where we stayed only for one night.

于是我们首站先停在意大利，在那里住一晚上。

We choose an inexpensive hotel just north of lake Garda in the small town Torbole.

我们在托博乐小镇上选了一家经济型酒店，该酒店位于镇上嘎达湖的北部。

We have already been near lake Garda 2 years ago, so we knew this is a nice place.

2年前我们就已经到过嘎达湖附近，所以知道那里是个很不错的地方。

First we took a walk along the lake...

我们先在湖边散步……

Later we let Isabella play at a playground nearby.

然后让伊莎贝拉在附近的游乐场所玩了一会儿。

She likes playing this type of swing very much.

她非常喜欢荡秋千。

At this time Isabella still could not walk.

Finally we had dinner in an Italian restaurant right next to the lake.

最后我们在湖边的一家意大利餐厅里吃晚餐。

Isabella wants to eat everything!

This was our last day in Süd-Tirol, and we had a final chance to taste the great breakfast buffet at the Cavallino Bianco.

这是南蒂罗儿之行的最后一天，我们最后一次品尝卡瓦利洛·比昂科酒店里的丰盛自助早餐。

As we had not taken any pictures at the breakfast we walked around to give you some impression how it looked like.

由于之前我们没有拍过早餐的像片，因此这回就走遍餐厅各个角落，带大家一同看看自助早餐都有些什么。

This cook made every fried type of breakfast food you liked (such as ham & eggs etc.).

这位厨师专门负责帮客人煎火腿鸡蛋等。

At breakfast there was always live music, to give you a nicer start into the day.

Later we had to return home, but as the weather was finally nice again we did not take the quickest route on the highway, but we drove back right through the dolomitian mountains, to get a few more impressions of this beautiful area.

最后我们还是不得不离开酒店回家去，不过今天的天气再次变得格外晴朗，于是我们不想走高速抄近路回家，而是把车倒开回去绕着白云石山脉兜一大圈，为的是欣赏那里更多的美丽景色。

Finally we left Südtirol/Italy.

This Italian war memorial was just a few km's from the Austrian boarder.

这是离奥地利边界仅仅几公里远的意大利战争纪念馆。

In the evening we made a final stop in Salzburg/Pinzgau, after we had bought some food in an Austrian supermarket.

傍晚我们到奥地利超市里面买了些吃的东西，然后在萨尔兹堡停下来野餐。

Tomorrow we would go back home, today was the last day to stay in such a nice hotel, so we did not want to go outside, even though the weather was pretty nice.

明天我们就要打道回府了，今天是我们待在如此豪华酒店的最后一天，因此我们不想外出，尽管天气不错。

As usual, we took some pictures for our baby before we sent her to the Baby Lino.

像往常一样，送宝宝去活动室前，我们给她拍了些像片。

After sending our baby to the Baby Lino, we went to take the lunch, it was buffet.

把我们的宝宝送去活动室后，我们就去吃午餐，自助餐。

After eating, we went to take sauna again, of course, we also went to eat the afternoon tea & cakes, but this time we did not take any pictures about them, because we had already taken too much.

餐后，我们又去洗桑拿，当然，我们还去吃了下午茶。不过这次我们没有再拍照了，因为之前已经拍得够多了。

In the evening, we got our baby back, and took some pictures with her again.

到了傍晚，我们把宝宝接回来，和她又拍了些像片。

Because it was the last dinner for our holiday, tonight we decided to eat with our baby, but not left her in the Baby Lino.

由于这是我们此次度假的最后晚餐，今晚我们决定与宝宝一起共进晚餐，而不是把她送去活动室。

The last dinner, the romantic candle dinner with delicious food and desserts, so wonderful!

最后的晚餐，浪漫的烛光晚餐，美味佳肴和精致甜点，简直太棒了！

We had waited 3 days for the weather to get better, unfortunately on Thursday it was still just so so.
Mostly cloudy and cool, but at least no rain.

我们已经等了3天，希望天气会转好，可是都星期四了，仍不见好，又阴又冷，不过好在没下雨。

So we finally left our cozy hotel, to explore the area by feet and by car.

于是最后我们还是离开了舒适的酒店，到郊外转转。

It took about an hour to reach the Cinque Torre cable-car station.

我们花了将近一个小时到达五塔山缆车台。

The cable car brought us in just a few minutes up to a height of about 2000 meters.

缆车仅仅用了几分钟的时间就把我们送到了海拔2000多米高的高山上。

Right in front of us were the "Cinque Torre", which means the "five towers".

我们的正前方就是五塔山。

These pictures show how cloudy it was for most of the day.

About 100 years ago, the dolomites have been the place of some fierce fighting between the Italian and Austrian armies.

大概在100年前，白云石山曾经是意大利和奥地利两国激战的地方。

At this time Austria-Hungary was still occupying some parts of Italy, with clearly Italian population.

当时奥匈帝国还占有意大利一些领土，无疑那里都是意大利人。

Italy wanted to free these regions and thus attacked Austria despite having agreed to a mutual alliance prior to World War I. Well, they wanted to add the Italian speaking regions to the Italian state, which is understandable.

后来意大利想从奥地利那里夺回自己的领土，尽管在第一次世界大战爆发前，意大利是奥地利的盟军。也就是说，意大利想收回意大利语区的领土，这的确是合乎常理的。

However, they did not want to stop with the Italian parts, but got greedy and also wanted to add South-Tyrol to their empire, which was clearly inhabited by Austrian (German speaking) people.

然而，意大利却不想仅仅收回原属于他们本国的领土，甚至更加贪婪地想要占领南蒂罗儿，而居住在南蒂罗儿的都是奥地利人（说的是德语）。

The Austrians quickly gave up on most of the Italian regions, but fiercely defended the Tyrolean territory.

后来奥地利很快把原本属于意大利的那部分领土归还给意方，但却为了保卫蒂罗儿而与意军展开激战。

Now, 100 years after the fighting, the Italians have made an outdoor museum about those fights.

如今战后的100年，意大利人为当年的战争建了一个露天户外博物馆。

Here are some trenches which the Italian soldiers have built during World War I.

War is ugly - and so were the figures in the museum.

Unfortunately not always very realistic.

遗憾的是雕像做得不够逼真。

We continued our walk through the old military positions.

我们继续漫步在旧战场上。

At some places there were information plates which explained the proceedings of the war.

有些地方有信息牌，向游人们讲解当年战争是如何进行的。

Actually the Italians could not make much ground at all, but contrary themselves got into serious trouble and close to defeat in 1917.

事实上意大利没办法一口气占领那么多地方，相反在1917年意军陷入极大困境，差点失败。

No Italian soldier ever could put a foot on Tyrolean ground during the war.

在一战期间，意军无法踏入蒂罗儿土地。

However, in 1918 France, England and the USA finally defeated Germany (and also her ally, Austria-Hungary) as we all know. Only thereafter, after the Austrian army had been disarmed, Italian soldiers could finally invade South-Tyrol.

然后，众所周知，在1918年，法国、英国和美国结盟共同打败德国（同样也包括德军的同盟国奥匈帝国）。在奥地利投降之后，意大利最终占领了南蒂罗儿。

Apparently the Italians liked it here, so they never gave back South-Tyrol to Austria.

显然意大利人很喜欢南蒂罗儿，所以至今仍不愿意将此归还给奥地利。

This is the reason why in this northern part of Italy most of the people are speaking German and until today they hold on to the Tyrolean culture.

这也是为什么意大利北部的人们几乎都是说德语，而且至今他们还保留着蒂罗儿的当地文化。

Many of the (South-) Tyroleans don't like the Italians so much, so don't call them "Italians" when you visit there!

许多（南）蒂罗儿的人们不喜欢意大利人，所以当你们到那里旅游的话，最好不要称他们是“意大利人”。

We passed by this hut on the back of the Cinque Torre.

在五塔山的后侧我们经过了这间小木屋。

最后再看看五塔山吧，随后我们再次搭乘缆车下山。

Unfortunately the views were not so great as expected. I'm sure on a sunny day the whole area will look much nicer and much more impressive.

很遗憾这里的风景没有我们预想的那么好看，但我可以很肯定地说，要是在晴天里，这儿的一切看上去会更加美丽，更加印象深刻。

We continued to drive around with our car. Here you can see Cortina d'Ampezzo, the biggest town in the area.

我们继续驾车四处转转，大家所看到的这个地方就是当地最大的镇，名叫卡蒂娜·丹佩佐。

This is typical for the Dolomites: Sharp, rocky mountains everywhere.

这是白云石山脉最典型的风景：随处可见的峭壁石山。

In the afternoon we finally also got some sunshine.

到了下午，我们终于见到了阳光。

This felt so nice that we immediately stopped for a break to enjoy the sunny views.

见到阳光的感觉真好，于是我们马上停车休息片刻，好好欣赏晴空下的美景。

This is the "Marmolada", the highest mountain group of the Dolomites.

这是著名的马尔莫拉达峰，它是白云石山脉中的最高峰。

It's more than 3300m high, and parts of it are covered by snow and ice all the year.

该峰海拔3300米，大部分终年积雪。

Unfortunately its top was covered by clouds, so we could only see a little bit of it.

遗憾的是峰顶被云层覆盖，所以我们只能看到一点点。

These mountains are called "Rosengarten", which means "rose garden".

这些山峰名叫“玫瑰花园”。

Finally we came back to our hotel in the evening, where they served another great dinner.

晚上我们回到了酒店，又是一顿丰盛的晚餐。

This day they had many, many different desserts, no chance to try all of them.

今天有好多好多不同种类的餐后甜点，我们是没有办法将它们全部尝遍。

Generally, the food was excellent there, but unfortunately this added a lot to our weight!

总的来说，这里的美食的确很棒，可是在享受美食的同时，我们的体重也增加了不少！

As the weather was still rather bad, we had a third relaxing day at the hotel.

由于天气始终不见好，所以我们继续待在酒店里，尽管已经3天没出酒店了。

We slept late and enjoyed the food and wellness areas of the Cavallino Bianco.

我们睡到很迟才起床，然后好好享受了酒店里的美食和健身项目。

We did not take so many pictures this day.

今天我们没怎么拍照。

Today the weather was still not so good, so we decided to continue staying in the hotel, but this morning, we went to swim with our baby.

今天的天气还是不太好，于是我们决定继续留在酒店里面，但今天早上，我们带宝宝一起去游泳。

There is a baby swimming pool in this hotel, the water is much more warmer than the junior one and adult one.

酒店里有专门的宝宝游泳池，池里的水比少年游泳池和成人游泳池里的水还暖和。

Before we went to swim, I thought our baby would cry, because she often cried when she took the bath. But to me surprised, in the swimming pool, she did not cry.

游泳前，我以为宝宝会哭，因为每次洗澡的时侯，她经常会哭，但令我吃惊的，在游泳池里，她居然不哭。

At the begining, our baby was a little bit nervous in the pool...

刚开始我们的宝宝在游泳池里有点紧张……

...but she was relaxed soon.

……但很快她就放松了。

Considering baby's skin is too tender, can not stay in the water too long, so about 20 minutes later, we left the baby swimming pool, and went to the adult one.

考虑到宝宝的皮肤很嫩，不能在水里泡太久，所以大概20分钟后，我们就离开宝宝游泳池，前往成人游泳池。

In total there are 4 swimming pools in the hotel.

酒店里总共有4个游泳池。

Through the window, you can see the outdoor swimming pool.

透过窗户，可以看到户外游泳池。

Wearing the bath gown, our baby looked much more cuter, right?

我们宝宝穿上浴袍，看上去更加可爱，对么？

After sending our baby back to the Baby Lino in the afternoon, we went to take sauna again. this time we chose Caldarium. Yesterday we had already taken many pictures about the sauna, so today we did not take again.

下午送宝宝回活动室后，我们小俩口又跑去洗桑拿，这次选的是罗马高温桑拿，昨天我们已经拍了很多桑拿房的像片，所以今天就不带相机拍照了。

These foods were our delicious dinner for today.

这些是我们今晚吃的美食。

The starters were Tyrolean style.

开始的几道菜是蒂罗儿当地特色菜。

French style soup.

法式开胃汤。

Austrian style deer gulash.

奥式鹿肉。

Seafood mediterrean style.

地中海式海鲜。

And the desserts were Italian style this day.

今天的餐后甜点是意大利式的。

The first two days we all went hiking, so today we needed to have a rest in the hotel!

头两天我们都去爬山了，所以今天需要在酒店里好好休息一下！

Yesterday we sent our baby to the Baby Lino, she did not want to drink any milk, but today we still had to send her there, she needed more practice.

昨天我们送宝宝去利洛宝宝活动室，可她却不肯喝奶，但今天我们还得把她送到那里去，因为她需要更多的锻炼。

Before we sent her to the Baby Lino, we took some pictures with her.

在去活动室之前，我们和宝宝一起拍了些像片。

After sending our baby to the Baby Lino, we went to the rest room before taking sauna.

把宝宝送到活动室后，我们小俩口在去洗桑拿前到休息室里休息了一会儿。

This room could really make us very relaxed.

The water bed was very comfortable, the room was decorated very beautifully and there was also some soft, peaceful music, which could us making feel rested and relaxed.

水床非常舒适，室内装潢也很漂亮，而且还有美妙的轻音乐，可以让人感到轻松自在。

In the rest room, there are two style water beds, single one and double one.

休息室里有2种水床，单人床和双人床。

The stairs separates the rest room from the sauna area.

这个楼梯将休息室与桑拿区分开来。

This is another rest room, different with the top one, sitting on here, people not only can enjoy the sunshine, but also can see the nice view of the garden.

这是另外一个休息室，与上面的那个不同，坐在这里，人们不仅可以享受阳光，而且还可以观赏花园美景。

In this hotel, there are 4 different sauna types for free.

在这家酒店，有4种免费桑拿。

Except for the ice sauna room I did not take the pictures ( because we did not try it ), the other ones were all taken.

除了冰块桑拿房我们没有拍照外（因为我们没有去尝试这个），其他的我们都有拍照。

The first one is called "Caldarium", and has steamy air with herbs at a temperature of about 40° C.

第一种是古罗马高温桑拿，用的是草药蒸汽，温度为40度左右。

We first chose this kind of sauna.

我们先选择这种桑拿。

It's the typical type of Sauna with about 60° C.

这是最典型的桑拿，气温为60度左右。

If you want to know how it feels in hell, then you should choose this one.

如果你想知道在地狱里的感觉，那么就要选择这种桑拿。

Though it has only 45° C, the felt humidity seems to be about 250% and together with the salt and fresh herbs which are repeatedly been evaporated, you think you won't survive any more than 3 minutes.

虽然只有45度，湿度大概在250%左右，连同盐块和新鲜草药不断地蒸发出来，你会感觉活不过3分钟。

However, if you calm down it starts to feel nice and actually this was the sauna we enjoyed most of all and this is why we have been there on two days.

然而，要是你能够静下来，就能感受这种桑拿的美妙。事实上，这是我们小俩口最喜欢的桑拿种类，也是为什么我们有2天都选择了它。

When it's operating there is so much steam in there that you cannot even see your neighbour, so you could easily make love in there without other people noticing.

当这种桑拿运行的时侯，会有许多蒸汽，让你无法看到坐在身边的人，所以要是想做些亲密动作，绝对不会被人看到。

However, I suggest not to try to do so. In this hot, steamy room I'm sure you will die when you reach orgasm.

但还是要建议大家别这么做，在这样又热又多蒸汽的房间里，要是你到了高潮，肯定会窒息而死。

We also liked the decoration a lot.

我们也很喜欢这里的装潢。

After the sauna, we went to the second dining room (in total there are five) just in time for afternoon cake & tea.

洗完桑拿，我们去第二餐厅（酒店里有5个餐厅），正好是喝下午茶和吃甜点的时侯。

This is the smallest dining room of the hotel.

这是酒店里最小的餐厅。

It is used for late breakfast or special occasions.

专门用于早餐迟来的房客或者其他特殊场合用。

After eating, we came back to the main hall of this hotel.

餐后，我们回到酒店的主大厅。

Unfortunately the photo is a bit dark, so cannot see the reception clearly.

很不幸像片拍得有些暗，所以看不清前台。

People were very friendly there, just as everywhere in the hotel.

前台的人非常友善，如同酒店里的其他工作人员一样。

Because yesterday our baby did not want to drink any milk in the Baby Lino, today we went there to check if she could drink some.

由于昨天我们的宝宝不肯喝奶，所以今天我们特地去看看她这回是否有喝奶。

When we arrived the Baby Lino, there were many babies playing with the babysitters.

当我们到的时侯，有许多宝宝在和工作人员玩耍。

This time, our baby was sleeping, still did not drink the milk, so we did not want to wake her up, only looked at her for few minutes, and took some pictures, then left the Baby Lino.

这个时侯，我们的宝宝正在睡觉，还没喝奶，所以我们没叫醒她，只看了看她，并且拍了几张像片，然后就离开活动室。

To the right is the entrance to the Baby Lino, and to the left to the Junior Lino where kids from age 3 years and up are staying.

右侧是宝宝活动室入口处，左侧则是儿童活动室入口处，也就是3岁及3岁以上的小朋友玩耍的地方。

Unfortunately adults were not allowed to go there, but it is very big and has lots of different playing areas, such as lego land, pirate's nest, motorcar race track, aquarium, gymnasium, dolls house, handicraft room etc etc.

可惜大人们不能进去，但里面非常大，还有许多各种各样的游乐场所，比如拼装玩具园、海岛巢、摩托赛道、水族馆、健身房、布娃娃室、手工房等等。

Here is the entrance of the kitchen. There is a public kitchen in this hotel.

这里是厨房的入口处，该酒店有个公用厨房。

When I needed disinfect the nursing bottles, I would come here to use the microwave oven.

当我需要给奶瓶消毒的时侯，就会到这里用微波炉消毒。

Actually, here also is the entrance of the children theater, it is just facing to the kitchen.

事实上，这里也是儿童剧场的入口处，正好在厨房的对门。

It is children theater. Every night, there are many children coming here to watch their performance.

这是儿童剧场，每天晚上，有许多小朋友聚集在这里观看他们的演出表演。

After leaving the Baby Lino, we went to the supermarket to buy something. On the way to the supermarket, we took some pictures in St. Ulrich again.

离开宝宝活动室后，我们去超市买点东西。途中，我们在圣乌尔利赫小镇上拍了些像片。

This is a small bus station made of wood.

这是木制的小型公车站台。

After shopping, we came back to the Baby Lino to pick our baby up. Now she was awake, the babysitter also told us that our baby finished drinking all the milk, it let us feel so happy, and then we play with her in the Baby Lino for a while, and took some pictures with her.

购物完，我们去活动室接宝宝。现在她已经睡醒了，工作人员告诉我们宝宝这次把所有的奶都喝完了，为此我们非常高兴，然后陪宝宝玩了一会儿，还和她一起拍了些像片。

We still played with our baby when we came back to the room.

我们回到客房后仍继续和宝宝玩了一会儿。

But now our baby had a new friend, that is Lino! Every kid can get Lino by free in this hotel.

不过现在我们的宝宝有了一个新朋友，那就是利洛老鼠，酒店里的每个小朋友都可以免费得到一个这样的毛绒玩具。

The "real" Lino always comes to the dining room at 7:30pm. Everytime when it appears, all the kids got very excited shouting "Lino, Lino!" running around it. They liked Lino so much.

真人秀的利洛老鼠总是在每天晚上7点半准时来到餐厅里，每次当他一出现，餐厅里所有的小朋友都非常兴奋，喊着“利洛，利洛”跑过去围成一圈，他们都非常喜欢利洛。

Later we had a delicious dinner again.

后来我们又吃了丰盛的晚餐。

As the weather was nice on Sunday, but the forecast for the next days was bad, we decided to go hiking on Sunday afternoon to some mountains only a few kilometres away from our place.

由于天气预报说星期天天气非常好，而接下去几天天气就比较糟糕，于是我们决定星期天下午到酒店附近爬山。

We went up by cable-car first, which swiftly brought us up to a height of more than 2000 meters.

The view was very nice up there, with mountains all around, and soft green grass in between.

Some people only stayed in one of the restaurants near the cable car station, but we wanted also to do some physical activity.

有些人只想待在缆车站附近的一家餐馆里，而我们小俩口则想做些体能运动。

After a break, we go down on the other side of the mountain.

最后我们回到了小镇，当我们在酒店里吃晚餐的时候，我们看到了利洛老鼠，这次是真人秀，呵呵！

But our Jin Si Xiong (Hamster, our baby's nickname) is also cute, isn't she?

但是我们的金丝熊（宝宝的外号)也很可爱，不是么？

Ahhh, nothing tastes better after a long day of hiking than a beer...

On the morning of the second day we went out for a short walk near the hotel.

此行第二天的早上，我们到酒店附近周围转了转。

First we got a few things down from the car.

Later we went up to the hotel lobby.

And left the hotel through the main entrance for a short walk.

We continued our walk in the small town St. Ulrich.

St. Ulrich is famous for wood carving.

They have many shops which sell wooden souvenirs.

Most buildings in St. Ulrich are built in Austrian (Tyrolean) style.

This is one of the few which are Italian (this one: Venetian) style.

At the entrance there's a statue of Lino, the mascot of the hotel and favourite of all children.

酒店门口有利洛老鼠的雕像，它是该酒店的吉祥物，也是小朋友最喜爱的伙伴。

Today we arrived at the most expensive hotel we have been to so far.

今天我们来到目前为止去过的最昂贵的酒店。

It's not that this hotel would be the most luxury one, the reason that we have chosen this one is that it is specialized on families with small kids.

该酒店并不是因为豪华才昂贵，而是因为这家酒店是专门为携带孩子一同前来享受的家庭而服务的（也就是只有带孩子的家庭才能去，其他的都不行）。

So besides having nice rooms, good food, being located at a nice location, it offers taking care of kids and even small babies, including large playing and entertainment areas, whilst the parents can relax at various facilities of the hotel or can visit some of the beautiful natural places of the South-Tyrol/Dolomites area nearby.

因此，除了舒适的客房、美味佳肴以及极好的地理位置外，该酒店还负责专门照看小朋友和婴幼儿，及其游玩的大面积娱乐场所，与此同时，爸爸妈妈们可以享受酒店里提供的各种设施，或者到大自然中欣赏南蒂罗儿（都洛米特斯）的美景。

This was our first impression of the small family suite where we are going to stay.

As the weather was so nice we left the hotel for a short walk right on the day of our arrival.

Our route began with walking through a few streets of St. Ulrich, a small tourist town.

我们先参观圣乌而利赫小镇的一些主要街道。

Then the town ended and we entered a forest.

然后离开小镇，进入一片森林中。

Our route should lead to a small church, from where we can see the famous mountain "Langkofel" very nicely.

我们要去参观一个小教堂，在那里可以看到美丽的朗科菲山。

Here you can already see parts of this mountain in the background.

在这里已经可以看到这座山的一部份景色。

So pretty much every picture is showing Langkofel now.

Finally we had to leave, as the sun would go down soon.

But whilst going back we could still get some more views of Langkofel.

On the way back we passed by this nice hotel.

And we finally had some Italian type food for dinner.
