We wanted to have an easy day, without much traveling and sight seeing, so we decided to spend the whole day at our residence's pool and later at the beach, to give our daughter plenty of time to play and enjoy the water.

我们需要放松一天，不要过多的观光旅游，于是决定在度假屋的游泳池里和后来的海滩上玩了一整天，给我们的女儿有更多的时间玩耍和x戏水。

This was the swimming pool of our residence place. It was not very special, but still decent enough.

这是我们度假屋里的游泳池，没有什么特别的地方，但也还不错。

Fortunately for us it had also a shallow area, which is suited for small kids.

对我们来说，好在有浅水区，适合小朋友玩耍。

Later in the afternoon we went to the beach of La Napouille, which was about 5 mins drive from our place.

后来下午的时候，我们去拉那坡以小镇上的海滩上去玩，那里离我们所住的地方只有5分钟的车程。

The beach there is excellent for small kids, as it is very flat leading into shallow water.

这个海滩非常适合小朋友玩，因为那里很平坦，并直通向浅水区。

Our baby liked playing there a lot!

我们的宝宝非常喜欢在那里玩耍。

After walking in the shallow water we let her play in the sands.

在浅水区走了一会儿之后我们就让她去玩沙子。

And later we went "swimming" in the deep water.

然后去深水区里“游”了一会儿。

Isabella seemed to enjoy it a lot and did not get bored of this place!

伊莎贝拉看上去玩得很尽兴，在这个地方一点也不觉得无聊！

However, it was dinner time so we had to leave.

然而晚餐的时间到了，我们不得不离开。

We had a very tasty dinner in a nice restaurant in La Napouille.

我们在拉那坡以小镇上的一家很不错的餐馆里吃晚餐。

Especially the 1st course (Salade Niçoise and Fish soup) were very delicious!

尤其是第一道菜（综合沙拉和鲜鱼汤）非常好吃！

As for main course we had Steak and Fish, but these were just average.

至于主菜我们点的是牛排和鱼排，味道一般般。

Our baby is always cute & happy!

我们的宝宝总是那么的可爱和开心！

On the way to Monaco we stopped at this viewpoint from where you have such a nice view on Cap Ferrat, just to take a couple more pictures.

在前往摩纳哥的途中，我们停在这个观景台上欣赏费拉角，在那里拍了几张相片。

The first place we visited in Monaco was the botanical garden, not least because it is also offering some nice views down on Monaco!

我们在摩纳哥参观的第一个地方是植物园，还因为在那里可以俯瞰摩纳哥的美景。

On this picture you can see nearly half of Monaco. Yes, it is that small!

从相片上可以看到大半个摩纳哥。是的，这个国家就是那么小！

On the left is La Condamine with the big old harbour, in the middle Monaco Ville with the palace and on the right is Fontvieille with the small new harbour.

左边是拥有古老而又庞大海港的康达明，中间是王宫所在地的摩纳哥维尔以及右边的是名叫芳薇耶的新兴小港口。

The botanical garden had many different plants and trees, especially cactuses.

植物园里有许多各种植物，尤其是仙人掌居多。

The second place we visited was Monaco Ville with the palace.

我们参观的第二个地方是王宫的所在地摩纳哥维尔。

Here we are at the palace's park.

我们来到王宫的公园里。

From the park we also got some views on Fontvieille, a newly constructed area reclaimed from the sea.

在公园里，我们还欣赏到芳薇耶的部分景观，填海后建造的新兴建筑区。

This building is the court of Monaco Ville, I think.

我想这座建筑物应该是摩纳哥维尔的宫庭。

We entered Monaco cathedral, which was very beautiful, seemed almost new, from outside and inside.

我们进入摩纳哥大教堂，非常漂亮，里里外外看上去还很新。

This is the palace square.

这里是王宫广场。

From there you also have a great view on La Condamine, the big harbour and Monte Carlo.

从那里可以看到康达明、大海港和蒙特卡洛的美景。

Thereafter we went to Monte Carlo, to see the famous Casino.

然后我们前往蒙特卡洛，去参观著名的赌场。

Here we are in the Casino Park, which was very beautiful.

这里是赌场公园，非常漂亮。

But the Casino itself was even better!

但赌场本身更加漂亮！

Believe it or not, in no other park of the world more people committed suicide than here.

信不信由你，世界上没有一个公园里的人们自杀率会超过这里。

Actually the reason for this is quite simple: Some people lost all their wealth at the Casino, and some of them committed suicide thereafter.

其实原因很简单：一些人在赌场里失去了所有的一切，然后就在这里自杀。

At least they died at a beautiful place.

至少他们死在这个美丽的公园里。

It was packed full of slot machines, but unfortunately it was not allowed to take pictures inside so we immediately left again.

There are always some expensive cars parking in front.

Monaco is also the home of a very famous Formula One Grand Prix, though its streets are rather narrow.

摩纳哥也是非常著名的国际方程式汽车大奖赛的发源地，尽管那里的街道非常的狭窄。

We got hungry and it was already evening, so we went for dinner.

天黑了，我们也肚子饿了，于是前去吃晚餐。

The prices were quite ok, at least not more expensive than in other parts of the Côte d'Azur.

菜单价格还算可以，至少比蓝色海岸其他地方的餐馆便宜。

While waiting for our food we took some pictures of our daughter who is always so cute.

在等上菜的同时，我们给女儿拍了些相片，她看上去总是那么的可爱。

Thereafter we walked back along the harbour to our car which was parked near the casino.

餐后，我们沿着港口散步回去停车场，我们把车停在赌场附近。

So we could also get some impressions of Monaco at night.

所以我们可以一路领略摩纳哥的迷人夜景。

This is Hotel de Paris, the most expensive hotel in Monte Carlo, right next to the Casino.

这是蒙特卡洛最昂贵的巴黎大饭店，正好紧挨着赌场。

Before we went to France for holiday, I already had an appointment with my friend Jianing to meet in Èze, because she and her husband happened to go to France for holiday too.

在我们去法国度假前，我已经和Jianing约好在艾兹村见面，因为他们小俩口正好也要去法国度假。

This time we decided to go hiking with Jianing and her husband, but the hiking was too difficult for them, and they did not prepare well, so we just only arrived the Eze village, then had to say goodbye to each other, we continued going to another mountain for hiking, and they stayed in the village for more sightseeing.

这次我们决定和Jianing夫妇去爬山，但是对他们来说有点困难，而且他们又没有准备充分，于是我们只到了艾兹村便分开了。然后我们继续爬另外一座山，而他们则是继续留在艾兹村里观光。

Had a rest and waited for Jianing and her husband.

休息一下，等等Jianing夫妇。

Now we arrived the top, Jianing took some pictures for our family.

现在我们到达山顶，Jianing帮我们全家拍了些相片。

It was a lovely small village. There were many shopps in the village, but all the things were very expensive.

这是个可爱的小村庄，那里有许多商店，但所卖的东西都非常贵。

At the entrance of the church, we said goodbye to Jianing and her husband.

We left Èze and crossed a bridge.

This building looks like an old castle, but in fact it has just been built completely new.

We reached our target, the Mont Bastide...

我们到达了目的地，巴士底德山……

...from where we had a great view on Cap Ferrat.

When driving back we took some more pictures whilst passing by Cap Ferrat.

当我们驾车回去的时候，途径费拉角，于是便拍了些相片。

What you see on these pictures is the most expensive land of France.

相片上所看到的，就是法国最昂贵的地皮。

We went to Cannes mostly to go to the beach to give our baby daughter the chance to swim in the sea.

我们前往戛纳的主要目的是让女儿体验一下在海里游泳。

It soon turned out that Cannes is pretty crowded, so we had to park our car quite far away.

车一开进戛纳马上就找不到停车位，后来只好把车停在离海滩有些远的地方。

Here we reached the beginning of 'La Croisette', one of the most famous beaches of the whole Côte d'Azur.

这里是克鲁瓦塞特大道的起点，这里是整个蓝色海岸的最著名海滨之一。

But at this part there was a private beach (notice all the beach parasols), so we had to walk further down to find the public area.

但是这部分属于私人海滨浴场（有遮阳伞的都是），所以我们还得再走好远才能到达公共浴场。

We passed by the famous hotel 'Carlton'.

我们经过著名的卡尔顿酒店。

We continued our walk along La Croisette.

我们继续沿着克鲁瓦塞特大道前行。

All the way so far there were only 'private' beach areas, with pricey entry fees.

到目前为止整条路还是私人浴场区，门票极为昂贵。

We passed by Hotel Palais Stephanie & Casino.

豪华的斯蒂芬尼大酒店及赌场。

After many private areas and a huge amount of parasols, we finally reached the public area, which is no more than about 5% of the whole beach.

走过许多私人浴场区和大片的遮阳伞后，我们终于来到了公共海滨浴场，这公共区小的可怜，全长占整片海滨浴场不足5%。

But it was still big enough for our small family.

尽管如此，对我们这样的小家庭，这里的空间还是足够的。

At the beach first we gave our Isabella some sun protection.

我们一到海滩就给伊萨贝拉采取防晒措施。

Food.

还给她喂点吃的。

Drink.

喝点水。

Rest.

然后再休息一下。

But our cute daughter quickly got bored of resting and wanted to get active instead.

但是我们可爱的女儿很快就厌倦休息，想要到处转转。

So she wanted to stand up and explore the nearby area.

于是她要站起来，探索周边新事物。

And then we went with her to the sea - for the first time in her life!

后来我们带她走到海水里——这是她生平第一次下海水！

And she liked it there!

她很喜欢那里！

"Mama let's go back and play some more!"

”妈妈，我们再回去多玩一会儿吧！”

"Yeah, the beach is fun!"

“耶，海滩太好玩了！”

"I want to touch the waves!"

“我要摸一下海浪！”

In the evening we had dinner just a bit north of La Croisette.

傍晚我们到克鲁瓦塞特大道的北部吃晚餐。

There we also let our daughter eat...

我们的女儿在那里吃了很多……

...and drink.

……也喝了很多。

On our first full day in France we decided to get a first impression of the Côte d'Azur and thus drove up the "Grande Corniche", a sight seeing street high above the coast.

在法国度假的第一天，我们决定驾车前往沿海高路，一睹蓝色海岸的美景！

One of the first beautiful views we got was of Cap Ferrat, the most expensive land in France.

在初见众多美景当中，有一处是费拉角，是法国最昂贵的土地！

Later we went to this peninsula for more sight seeing and hiking.

几天后我们会去这个半岛上观光和绕岛徒步行走一圈。

Then we got a glimpse of Èze, a village on top of a small mountain.

后来我们看到了艾兹小镇，这个小镇建于一座小山的山顶上。

We also visited this place later.

过几天我们也会去参观这个小镇。

This is La Turbie, most famous for its 'Tropaeum Alpium', a trophy of victory, which was built 7 BC by the Romans to celebrate a most important victory over Alpine Tribes.

这是拉图尔碧镇，该镇以胜利纪念碑而著名，这个纪念碑是公元前7年的时候，罗马人为了庆祝战胜阿尔卑斯部落取得至关重要的胜利而建立的。

After this victory Rome could connect Italy, Spain and France and thus control the whole western mediterranean area.

战争胜利后，罗马将意大利、西班牙和法国结合在一起，然后共同控制整个地中海西部地区。

Unfortunately the Tropaeum Alpium was damaged later, so only a few columns of it are left until today.

遗憾的是，这座纪念碑后来被破坏了，至今只留下寥寥无几的几根柱子。

Thereafter we got some first views of maybe the most impressive place of the Côte d'Azur: Monaco.

后来让我们印象最为深刻的蓝色海岸的美景就是摩纳哥。

Menton is the last city on the French side of the Riviera, beyond it is Italian territory.

芒通是法国里维艾拉的最后一个城市，与意大利相连。

Menton has some very beautiful beaches and warm & nice climate.

芒通拥有一些美丽的海滩和宜人的气候。

Our whole family liked it here.

我们全家都很喜欢这个地方。

After a long stay at Menton we drove back along the coast...

在芒通玩了好久后我们沿着海岸一路驾车前行……

...and made another short stop at the beach of Nice.

……然后到尼斯海滩上休息片刻！

On the next day in Italy we went to Arco.

在意大利的第二天我们前往阿科小镇。

Arco is a small town north of lake Garda, which is famous for rock climbing.

阿科小镇位于嘎达湖的北部，是著名的攀岩胜地。

We went to the numerous sports shops there to purchase new climbing equipment, which is much cheaper than at home.

我们到许多体育用品商店里买一些新的攀岩器械，因为那里的价格比奥地利的更便宜。

After our shopping was finished, we started to drive from Arco, Italy, to La Napouille/Mandelieu in France.

购物完，我们驾车离开意大利阿科小镇，前往法国的拉那坡以/曼德约镇。

Here we are already in France, at our place of residence for the next 8 days.

此刻我们已经抵达法国，接下来的8天里我们就住在这里。

It is an area of small two floor villas. In between the villas are recreational places such as swimming pools, sport areas or children playgrounds.

这是一片2层楼高的小别墅区，别墅中间设有一些娱乐设施，比如游泳池、健身场所以及儿童游乐场所。

As we have been driving for nearly the whole day, we spent the afternoon just playing with Isabella.

由于我们开了将近一天的车，所以下午的时候，就在儿童游乐场所里陪Isabella玩。

Finally in the evening we went to have dinner in a restaurant nearby.

最后我们到度假村附近的一家餐馆里吃晚餐。

Our daughter can make so funny faces, lol.

我们的女儿很会变鬼脸，哈哈！

The main destination of this vacation was the Cote d'Azur in France, but it was a bit far to drive on one day, particularly with a baby.

我们此行的主要目的地是法国的“蓝色海岸”，但要是自驾车一天内到达，实在有些远，尤其是我们还带着宝宝。

So we made a stop in Italy, where we stayed only for one night.

于是我们首站先停在意大利，在那里住一晚上。

We choose an inexpensive hotel just north of lake Garda in the small town Torbole.

我们在托博乐小镇上选了一家经济型酒店，该酒店位于镇上嘎达湖的北部。

We have already been near lake Garda 2 years ago, so we knew this is a nice place.

2年前我们就已经到过嘎达湖附近，所以知道那里是个很不错的地方。

First we took a walk along the lake...

我们先在湖边散步……

Later we let Isabella play at a playground nearby.

然后让伊莎贝拉在附近的游乐场所玩了一会儿。

She likes playing this type of swing very much.

她非常喜欢荡秋千。

At this time Isabella still could not walk.

那个时候，伊莎贝拉还不会走路。

Finally we had dinner in an Italian restaurant right next to the lake.

最后我们在湖边的一家意大利餐厅里吃晚餐。

Isabella wants to eat everything!

伊莎贝拉喜欢尝试各种美食！
